Tim obtained his real estate certification through Sauder School of Business at UBC. For years, he has helped first time home buyers, growing family, and local & international investors. His traditional and modern marketing approach attract Buyers from variety of sources, internationally and locally. Combine with a proven marketing tool, he is able to sell homes in less than 90 days.

Prior to real estate, Tim graduated in Business Management major in Financing. With years of experience in the financial planning and accounting background, he understands the value of money and finding a product that meets or exceeds the client’s needs.
